Assembly is an AI-powered employee recognition and engagement platform that integrates seamlessly with UKG to help organizations reduce turnover, boost morale, and drive measurable ROI. With automated milestone celebrations for birthdays, work anniversaries, and onboarding, Assembly ensures no moment of appreciation is ever missed, while simplifying HR workflows.

Peer-to-peer and manager-driven recognition, combined with flexible rewards — from gift cards and charitable donations to branded company swag — make it easy to reinforce your culture and keep employees motivated. Our AI assistant, DoraAI, delivers real-time insights into recognition trends, participation patterns, and team engagement, helping managers and HR leaders identify under-recognized employees, improve retention, and act on data-driven recommendations.

Assembly also integrates with Microsoft Teams and Slack, allowing employees to give recognition, celebrate wins, and stay engaged without leaving the tools they already use. By combining automated workflows, AI-driven analytics, and a seamless UKG integration, Assembly empowers organizations to build a culture of appreciation that improves engagement, strengthens retention, and turns recognition into measurable business results.
